Fiber Art Artist : Quilting
Kent County, MD

Provides Instruction: Quilting
Service Provider: Other Fiber Art Services

Through her four decades in quilting, Betty studied and mastered the methods used to produce traditional quilts and the history of fabric production and the quilts made from those textiles.  Her quilting has always kept her grounded. When she’s  working in her  studio on a project she concentrates on the challenge in front of her and the pressures of the world slip away. Currently she is spending time following her muse and creating her own unique designs,  playing with color and pattern in bold new ways. She now wants to pass her knowledge on to others, helping to guide and teach groups of quilters and promote the Art of Quilting.
