Pat Morrissy has been sewing since childhood.  She was first taught by her mother on her treadle sewing machine.  Pat’s sewing history includes making dolls for the Smithsonian Institute, making shirts for the Amish characters in the movie “Witness” and making shirts for the TV mini-series, “George Washington”.  After 18 years of living and working in Pennsylvania, Pat moved to Delaware and is now working from home helping fiber art enthusiast by making quilts and custom pieces.

Currently Pat enjoys Raw Edge Applique and is inspired by color and wonderful fabric.  She feels she has grown as a fiber artist from the classes taken with her quilt guild and from the people she works with in the guild.  Pat has won ribbons for her quilts from the Delaware State Fair and her quilts are on display annually in the Ocean Waves Quilt Show in Lewes, Delaware.
