About the Class
A follow up to our beginning knitting class. The course consist of three, 2 hour sessions. Students will learn how to successfully knit in the round by completing a hat project. Open to students who understand knitting basics.
Class Fee $40
Supplies to bring with you:
Knitting needles size 9; in both 16 inch circular and 5-double pointed
Skeins of wool or acrylic yarn, number 4 or 5 weight
Alida Greenhalgh was raised in Kent County and has lived on the Eastern shore her entire life. She has obtained degrees from Salisbury University in Fiber Arts and Sociology. Her love of the fiber arts extends to knitting, sewing, dying, felting, and embroidery. When it comes to her knitting she considers herself a practical knitter with a side of whimsy. Alida loves to share her knitting expertise with other and has been teaching the art for several years to anyone who was willing to learn.
